Tier One - $1150 per Month
Free initial consultation to discuss your needs and specific issues
Weekly personalized updates during the Legislative Session
Monthly updates during the Interim
Action alerts (as needed)
Distribution of client story to all legislators and relevant regulators
Regular meetings with key legislators and relevant regulators
Extraordinary expenses such as out-of-state travel, events, fundraisers, etc are not included but must be pre-approved by the client before they are incurred
Tier Two - $2150 per Month
Everything included in Tier One plus:
Identifying and monitoring all legislation or rule changes impacting client
Detailed legislative and regulatory tracking sheets
Daily personalized legislative updates during the legislative session
Pertinent committee hearing attendance and e-mail updates
Attendance at all meetings pertaining to a certain bill or issue
Comprehensive reports on the effects of pertinent bills or issues with strategy recommendations
Extraordinary expenses such as out-of-state travel, events, fundraisers, etc are not included but must be pre-approved by the client before they are incurred
Tier Three - $3750 per Month
Everything included in Tier One & Tier Two Plus:
Comprehensive evaluation of current and on-going client needs
Ongoing strategy meetings and formulation of a personalized advocacy plan
Weekly calls during session/monthly calls during interim to assess the political climate and adapt strategy to effectively advocate for you
Real time updates on pertinent issues and out comes during the Legislative session
Providing or arranging for testimony in legislative committees or rule making hearings with legislators or regulators to support client position
Assistance with drafting pertinent legislation or regulations
Comment drafting for rule making
Meetings with legislators, regulators, and stake holders as needed on particular issues
Strategic messaging to legislators and stake holders during the legislative session and during the interim as needed
